WHAT IS IT?

Coaching starts from the assumption that people have the ability to solve any critical issues and realize themselves.

The Coach is there "only" to remind that through powerful questions that aim to question dysfunctional mental patterns and stimulate alternative solutions and actions.

Coaching is a creative process that stimulates reflection and inspires one to maximize personal and professional potential by experimenting with new perspectives.

Coaching allows you to get from where you are to where you want to be. 

WHAT IS IT FOR?

Coaching accelerates personal growth because it allows you to consciously focus on the objectives to be achieved and the consequent choices to be made.

What you will get from your coaching sessions:

WHAT IS NLP?

NLP or neuro-linguistic programming is a method to consciously change thoughts and behaviors, starting from the guidance of the Coach, to achieve the objective that you set for yourself.

NLP is a quick treatment with surprising results that is proposed by the Coach who deems their use necessary and effective during a standard coaching session.

Some of the NLP techniques I propose during my sessions are: the swish, the moment of excellence, the timeline, the perceptive positions.
