HOW TO START

Our first contact will be an email or a free 20 minutes phone call: together we will understand how coaching can support you and we'll set up an appointment to start our session.

Our first session:

  • it takes an hour and a half or maximum two hours

  • it will help you know your Coach and help me understand who you are, what background you have and how I can support you effectively

  • we will use some specific tools, suitable for this first phase

  • we will frame the target of your whole path, also defining it in terms of timing

WHAT IS IN THE MIDDLE

All sessions will have the same structure:

  • they take 1 hour

  • every time you will tell me your topic of the day which will match your session goal

  • we will explore all passable ways to get to the goal you set for yourself and generate awareness

  • we will identify some practical actions to be implemented until next session. 

THIS IS A SLOGAN

Our last session together will help us sum up your learnings, your new awareness, the goals you've achieved and all the work you've done on yourself.
